To the right of the grand entrance of the house is a formal dining room and a formal living room directly in front, opening onto the spacious pool and entertainment area. This consists of a completely screened, oversized south- facing swimming pool and furnished, large patio.

Although sunny all day long, the covered patio also provides ample shade. Barbecues may be enjoyed alongside the lanai.

The luxurious master suite comprises of a king sized bed, remote controlled roku TV, second telephone and hairdryer. The spacious ensuite bathroom contains a large roman bath, separate walk-in shower and twin vanity basin units. This suite also opens directly onto the pool area.

The second double bedroom is opposite another bathroom with shower facilities, which can also be accessed from the pool area.

The remaining two bedrooms both have two single beds and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets and ample drawer space. All bed linen and towels are provided for our guests' use.

The bright and spacious family room, which also opens onto the pool area through secure patio doors, is equipped with a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a music centre, playstation and Wireless Internet.

The kitchen is also fully equipped with a full sized cooker, microwave, large capacity fridge/freezer (with ice maker), dishwasher and garbage disposal. All crockery and cutlery are provided. The breakfast nook adjoins the kitchen and family room, allowing you to enjoy the pool views whilst waking up with a coffee!

The telephone enables guests to receive calls and local outgoing calls are free. The separate utility room provides a full sized washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, for those who simply can't resist! The utility room opens into the double garage.
